Co-location

Co-location is at the core of our business. We lease space on our towers and sites—ground level, rooftops, or masts of any type—giving clients the freedom to install their own antennas and broadcasting equipment.

Whether it’s for mobile networks, radio, or private communication systems, we offer customized space per tower, based on technical evaluations and safety standards.

Clients remain fully in control of their own infrastructure: BTCY provides the space, you build the rest. We support this with coordination and engineering services, including site analysis, height and load studies, radiation safety checks, and evaluations to ensure your installation fits safely and efficiently on our towers.

With pleasure, we place our infrastructure at the disposal of other parties. On eight locations, Belgian Tower Company has control over all facilities for telecommunication operators, local broadcasters, emergency services, television operators, the police, … In short, everyone who wishes to launch a wireless network. Regarding the aerials, several heights are possible, ranging from 81 metres up to 300 metres. Also renting mast space is one of the possibilities.
